567 charsNeither the court’s decision nor its subsequent articulation sets forth the evidence or the legal standards that it relied on in determining that an agency relationship existed between Julie Chen and Hsiao-Wen Chen. Thus, we are left to speculate as to the factual and legal basis for its decision, which is an inappropriate role for this court. E.g., McCarthy v. Cadlerock Properties Joint Venture, L.P., supra, 132 Conn. App. 118. Accordingly, we conclude that the record is inadequate for review, and we decline to review the claim.
