The plaintiffs failure to comply with the rules of practice governing procedures by which a party may challenge the findings of fact and factual conclusions of the attorney referee proves fatal to this claim. Practice Book §§ 438 and 439 specifically provide a procedure by which a party can challenge the omission of facts in an attorney referee’s report. Because the plaintiff did not raise an alternative theory for finding an invasion of privacy in a postreport motion, we are unable to review this argument. Ill
