408 charsSpallone, J. The defendants appeal from the judgment rendered in favor of the plaintiff in this summary process action. The sole issue presented is one of first impression: Whether the trial court erred in finding that the defendants’ good faith requests for repairs did not successfully invoke the provisions of General Statutes § 47a-20 because the requested repairs were minor in nature. We find no error.
