The judgment included a substantial component on account of a legal fee awarded pursuant to G. L. c. 93A, § 9 (4). The defendant’s brief attacks the evidentiary basis for fixing this fee. Determination of what was appropriate compensation for the plaintiffs’ counsel was within the experience and expertise of the judge. Heller v. Silverbranch Constr. Corp., 376 Mass. 621, 629 (1978). Judgment affirmed. 2
