Full Text
434 charspledges made pursuant to this section shall be valid and binding from the time such pledge is made, and are not subject to further appropriation by the state. The proceeds of any bonds issued pursuant to this section shall, after payment of all costs of issuance and sale, including, without limitation, the costs of credit facilities and the establishment of any reserves as security for such bonds, be deposited in the General Fund.
