380 charsthe authority, or which, in the discretion of the authority, will tend to make any bonds, notes or other obligations to be issued more marketable, notwithstanding that such covenants, acts or things may not be enumerated herein; and (11) any other matters of like or different character, which in any way affect the security or protection of the bonds, notes or other obligations.
