22.205.060 - Owner's failure to carry out stated reason for eviction
It shall be a violation of this Chapter 22.205 for any owner to evict or attempt to evict any tenant or otherwise terminate or attempt
to terminate the tenancy of any tenant using a notice that references subsections
22.205.010.E, 22.205.010.F, 22.205.010.H, 22.205.010.K, 22.205.010.L, or 22.205.010.M
as grounds for eviction or termination of tenancy without fulfilling or carrying out
the stated reason for or condition justifying the termination of such tenancy.
