Appeal from a judgment of the District Court of Nassau County, Second District (Scott H. Siller, J.), entered January 24, 2018. The judgment, after a nonjury trial, awarded plaintiffs the principal sum of $2,900 and implicitly dismissed defendant's counterclaim. ORDERED that the judgment is affirmed, without costs.
