659 chars10-2.20 Effective Date and Duration. This Section shall become effective as of the date signed by the Mayor or acting Mayor and shall remain in effect until December 31, 2025 or until a prior determination by the Mayor and Boston City Council that the present rental housing emergency no longer exists.
