Claimant's letter dated March 3, 2021 states, in relevant part, "The exact amount of the
security deposit as per my lease is $1,734.76 plus all interest on it. . . . I demand a refund in the
amount of $1,734.76 plus all interest earned on it, and if I do not receive this within 10
days mailed to my name/address below, I will bring a proceeding in small claims court"
