404 charsThis is an appeal by defendant Marvin C. Nieberg from a judgment of $315.00, plus interest, for a total of $337.05 entered by the Circuit Court of St. Louis County in favor of plaintiffs Sidney Gee and Margaret Gee. The controversy arose out of a landlord-tenant dispute and is concerned with the sufficiency of an oral agreement to terminate a written lease. We affirm the judgment of the Circuit Court.
