395 charsCRIST, Presiding Judge. Action arising from a landlord-tenant relationship. Respondent (hereinafter “tenant”) failed to pay rent in accordance with the tenor of a written lease. Appellants (hereinafter “landlords”) took the law into their own hands by forcibly evicting tenant and taking possession of personal property valued at $4,000.00. We affirm in part and reverse in part with directions.
