379 charsIn its second point, deVille asserts that the circuit court erred in ruling against deVille on its counterclaim for damages against the Kolbs for their failure to give timely notice of their intent to vacate. DeVille claims that, because the Kolbs failed to properly terminate their lease agreement, which expired on February 28, 2009, they owed rent for the month of March 2009.
