The Landlord first argues that, as a matter of statutory interpretation, this section was not intended to afford a tenant an opportunity to “correct” a breach of the lease consisting of criminal activity. The Landlord cites in this regard the reasoning of a Superior Court judge in an unrelated case where eviction had been sought based on the tenant’s armed assault on another tenant on the premises.
