321 chars¶7 Harvest Manor concedes that it continued to accept rent from Mr. Padilla when it became due each month after service of the three 15-day notices, including August 2007. Further, Harvest Manor admits it accepted rent on September 5, 2007, one day before it filed the unlawful detainer action, and each month thereafter.
