      Because Roussel was only entitled to attorney fees on her statutory claims, she requested that the
court calculate the award by dividing the total amount of attorney fees incurred ($8,040) by the number of
claims, allocating the resulting amount ($1,608) to each of the three claims for which she was entitled to
an award of fees.
