384 chars[¶ 12] Simply put, Poole was a tenant-at-will in a mobile home where his rental obligation was $400 per month. Once the court concluded that the landlord’s action in evicting Poole was not retaliatory, and Poole vacated the property and withdrew his appeal, the court had no authority to consider whether the rent paid by Poole was reflective of the fair market value of the property.
