We also note that in count ten of her amended complaint, the plaintiff alleged in relevant part: “The defendant brought four actions against the plaintiff in the period of 1996 to 1997, each action separately constituting an abuse of legal process as brought without legal right.” The plaintiff then alleged that these actions caused her mental suffering. Despite her argument on appeal, nowhere in count ten did the plaintiff allege a violation of General Statutes § 47a-20 or that each attempted proceeding was in retaliation for her complaints to the authorities. Rather, the complaint simply alleged that the actions were “without legal right.” We conclude that the complaint failed to set forth a prima facie case for abuse of process. Accordingly, judgment could not have been rendered in favor of the plaintiff on the complaint. See Verraster v. Tynan,
