362 Mass. 870 (1972), decided June 27, 1972, held that the various rent adjustments permitted by the Cambridge rent control administrator were invalid. He urges that our direction that a decree be entered declaring that the rent control board of Cambridge “may inform tenants and landlords that rent adjustments made by its predecessor are null and void” means that the various authorizations for rent increases were' null and void from the beginning, thus requiring refunds by landlords of additional amounts previously collected pursuant to unappealed orders granting rent increases.
