552 charsThe plaintiffs argue that the lessor was not entitled to retain any portion of the security deposit because her counterclaim was forfeited as a result of improper notice. This question was not reported, however. See note 6, infra. Hence, the question is not before us’. Similarly, we do not reach the issue of the applicability of G.
