Kansas City, MO Code of Ordinances ch. 38 (Civil Rights) § 38-101

Revenue from fines incurred pursuant to

section 38-105(d) shall be allocated to the civil rights and equal opportunity department to carry
out enforcement.

(g)

In the event any section, paragraph, sentence, clause, phrase or portions of this
section is declared invalid for any reason, the remainder of this section shall remain
in full force and effect.
